Residents of the Upper West Side are angry at the City about a mosquito infestation. They expressed their frustrations at a town hall meeting yesterday. "These mosquitos are coming in and taking all our jobs!" said no one. The City promised to look into the problem, and the residents seem to feel a little better having had someone to yell at. "[City health officials] are not effectively coordinating their response,” said Christopher Cross, a resident of the neighborhood who is either a Grammy-winning recording artist or a guy who is definitely really sick of hearing jokes about his name.
