How Much for a 2BR Co-op in Park Slope?

New, 18 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 2.5BR/1BA co-op in Park Slope, 5 blocks from Grand Army Plaza
Square Feet: N/A
Maintenance/CC: $1,133 a month
The Skinny: Right off the bat, this is a 2BR/1BA. We're sure readers could think of creative ways to say that the home office space by the front door is not suitable for use as a bedroom, but we'll just save you the trouble and say this co-op only has two bedrooms. On to the good stuff. Both the master bedroom and the living room feature very large arched windows that provide a lot of light on a residential street, around the corner from 7th Avenue and close to Prospect Park. There is no square footage figure available, but the dimension in the floor plan (after the jump) give a sense of the size of the apartment. There are ten-foot ceilings throughout. What do you say, Pricespotters? How much are they asking?
