The office tower at 4 New York Plaza in the Financial District sold for a whopping $265 million?more than twice the $107 million price Harbor Group International paid when they picked up the building in 2010. An HSBC partnership purchased the building, and the big flip speaks volumes about the recovery of the city's commercial real estate market. The official price has not yet been disclosed, but it includes about $154 million of debt. [WSJ]
