The building has studios, and one-, two- and three-bedroom units, and the average price is $1,096 per square foot. On Saturday, May 26, lifeguards will take their chairs 10 a.m. and be on duty until 6 p.m. City beaches span total of 14 miles and this summer, the Bronx's Orchard Beach is getting a new Cuban food stand, Coney Island is opening two new rides, Midland Beach in Staten Island is building a new $12 million entry plaza, and the east Rockaways will be welcoming a new recreation area with a skate park, playground, and sports courts.
