The Journal has been digging through documents related to the condo going up on the Drake Hotel site and has come up with a few new tidbits. For example, the 128 units will be between 1,390 square feet and 8,000+ square feet in size. (We assume that doesn't include the 25 staff studios.) The average sales price is expected to be around $4,500/square foot. And speaking of (slightly less tall) towers, developer Larry Silverstein's at work on a new one, a 150,000 to 250,000-square-footer at 514 11th Avenue. [WSJ; Real Deal]
