This week's guessers covered a wide range, but the median was virtually spot on without or without the comically low guess of $200K because ground floors should only be occupied by "poors and fools." With and without that figure, the median was $692K and $700K, which is right in line with the asking price of $699,000 for Unit 1 O at 195 Garfield Place in Park Slope. We definitely don't agree with the one comment that suggested turning the home office into an additional bathroom, because we'd probably drop our keys into the toilet every other time we came home and walked through the front door.
