Look familiar? This 61 Irving Place co-op just showed up on the season finale of Million Dollar Listing, in which the seller listed the apartment with Fredrik Eklund and his assistant, Justin, only to pull it off the market and dash all of Justin's hopes and dreams. The subplot was filmed a while back (perhaps when the place was last on the market?), and the story has since advanced. The seller is ready to move for real this time, and she's put the apartment up for sale again with Eklund and John Gomes. Since the owner's move, rather than the price, was the issue last time, the ask is the same: $3.5 million. Maybe we'll see a sale on MDL NY's second season.
