Remember 157 East 84th Street? The building's duplex, owned by candy entrepreneur Mark Tarnofsky, gave us cavities when it appeared on Selling New York asking $5.4 million. The place still hasn't sold, and it's back on the market with a new broker and a lower-in-sugar ask of $4.995 million, which at least gives it moment of fame as the Journal's house of the day.
