Poor celebrity photographers and their residential money woes. Timothy White, who has shot stars like Harrison Ford, Brad Pitt, Usher, and Kate Hudson, is selling his three-story garage/photo studio/residence at 451 West 54th Street for $7.2 million after surviving a scheduled foreclosure auction in December of last year. Banks were looking to collect on a $6.5 million lien on the property that White purchased in 2003 for $3.2 million. The 6,913-square-foot building has a 2BR/2BA apartment with photo studios on the first and second floors. It looks like a great place for someone who really wants to live with their cars, if not in them. At least White didn't have any peevish neighbors posting Wanted signs around the neighborhood, like photographer Ken Nahoum did at his building at 95 Greene Street after not paying his common charges.
