How Much for a 2BR With a Sliver of Central Park View?

New, 17 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 2BR/2BA condo in midtown on 6th Avenue
Square Feet: 1,523 square feet
Maintenance/CC: $1,551 a month
The Skinny: This 2BR/2BA condo looks completely modern, but it is actually set atop a classic pre-war building very near Central Park. Most noticeable is the series of angled windows that run the perimeter of the unit, allowing a lot of light into the apartment's 1,500+ square feet of space. One has to head into the kitchen, however, and look north, to catch a classic view of Central Park and the buildings that line CPW. We will note for pricing purposes that the taxes on this unit are almost equal to the common charges. That's a lot of hard and descriptive information. What do you think this 2BR is worth?
