Score one for the tenant in the eternal battle of artsy tenant vs. big landlord. Lower Manhattan's Dance New Amsterdam and its landlord have reached an agreement to let DNA keep its space?at a lower rent and with lower real estate taxes. DNA was $500,000 in arrears in 2010, putting it in danger of eviction. Under the old lease, the theater's rent would have been $90,000/month by 2020. [WSJ]
