19 Grace Court is bigger and pricier. (Theoretically, those two cancel each other out.) But 111 Hicks Street, aka St. George Tower was, according to the listing, "architect-designed," as opposed to Grace Court, which was presumably designed by a cat or a pirate or something. St. George Tower also has the weirdness factor on its side. It has an above-average amount of aquamarine, and a sauna-esque bathroom, and, well, let's just call it character. Grace Court, on the other hand, is almost devastatingly normal. But nice. But normal. Now, do voting:
