NEW YORK CITY?In our round-up of the most dog-friendly buildings in the city, we mentioned Rose Associates' plan for a canine concierge service with Spot Experience, but we said that only 20 of the company's buildings would be getting the pet program. Turns out this number was off, and Rose is rolling out the "dedicated luxury dog amenity services" in more than 30 buildings. More than 4,500 residents will be able to pamper their pooches with personal shopping, home training, and a shuttle service. [Curbedwire Inbox; previously]

NEW YORK CITY?The Landmarks Preservation Commission granted landmark status to six buildings in three boroughs today. The new landmarks include three city fire houses?one in Queens and two in the Bronx?plus the Martha Washington Hotel on 30th Street, the Hotel Mansfield on West 44th Street, and the Yorkville Bank on Third Avenue at 85th Street. The buildings represent "how far New York City had come by the start of the 20th century and signaled the promising direction in which it was headed." [Curbedwire Inbox; official]
