A group of 9/11 families would like the National Parks Service to take over the management of the 9/11 memorial and museum at the World Trade Center site. Their argument: the site has been turned into a "memorial-industrial complex characterized by gross mismanagement." Since the Parks Service already runs several memorials, it's not a completely out-of-the-blue suggestion. [Runnin' Scared]
