The team of VE Equities and Adjmi & Andreoli is continuing its takeover of Tribeca's new development-ready lots. The Post has the reveal of their latest project: a condo at 290 West Street (right). What we know so far: the 11-story, 40,000-square-foot building will have 13 units, and construction should be done in 18 to 24 months. No word on pricing yet. Any advance estimates? The commenter whose guess comes closest wins...absolutely nothing.
Also slated to be done with construction in 18 to 24 months is 11 North Moore, another VE Equities/Adjmi & Andreoli project in the neighborhood. That building, also 11 stories, will have 22 apartments. One of those will be a 7,500-square-foot penthouse with a private pool.
