We'll be profiling one fun weekend home every Sunday, courtesy of Curbed Hamptons...
Location: Bridgehampton
Price: $1,595,000
Size: 3BR, 3BA, 5+ acres
This cottage was designed by modernist architect Andrew Geller in the 1960s and it very much looks the part. Not that it looks like the 1960s, but it definitely looks like it was designed by a modernist architect. In a good way. The brokerbabble describes the house as "quirky," which seems like a bit of an understatement. It is very cool, though, and looks a lot bigger and nicer on the inside than you might expect from the outside. The current owners bought it less than a year ago for $950K and, after some landscaping, are trying for a pretty sizable flip.
