Well, that was fast! The townhouse at 432 West 22nd Street, just half a block from the High Line, has been picked up for $6.95 million after less than three months on the market. The final sale was just a small pricechop from the asking price of $7.15 million, so the previous owners didn't make quite as much as they would have liked on the flip. Public records show the buyer to be a Mr. Anthony Bonsignore, listed as the co-trustee of The Weinberg 2011 Trust, which doesn't mean much to us, but we did find two NYC-based Anthony Bonsignores on LinkedIn and one on MySpace, so maybe it's one of them? At any rate, Bonsignore is now the proud owner of the 5,100-square-foot home that has five bedrooms, four full baths, a finished basement, a huge wine cellar, and a great room with a 25-foot high glass ceiling.
