Lots of Stores Illegally Cooling the Sidewalk; Saks Renovates

1) New York City: It's always so refreshing when you walk down the sidewalk on a hot day and feel a blast of a/c coming from an open door, but these air-cooling businesses are taxing the city's grid and breaking the law. Yesterday, there were 43 offenders in Soho.

2) Soho: Tiffany & Co. will be opening its Greene Street store this fall as planned, but YSL's Mercer Street location just a few blocks away is delayed because of a brand makeover.
