We're still not sure if ProCro is a thing, but for the sake of this post it will be. (Apologies to Hakeem Jeffries.) In the Pro section, 338 Prospect Place offers 18% more square footage than its Cro counterpart, 524 Saint Johns Place. Saint Johns, however, is $60K cheaper, with almost half the monthly costs and enormous windows. On the other hand, Prospect has a large private roofdeck. We could be looking at a blowout here.
