Everybody's trying to break real estate records these days. The latest attempt: an 11,000-square-foot home on Sagg Pond that's asking $65 million, aka the current highest price on the East End. If it sells for the listing price, it would also hit a sales price record. If any house deserves to, it might be the one with a workout studio, six fireplaces, porch with built-in grill, and what an employee of the property (!) describes as 19 acres of outdoor preserves.
