KINGSBRIDGE?The Bedford-Union Armory in Crown Heights isn't the only former National Guard building in the news. The city is currently reviewing proposals to remake the Kingsbridge Armory in the Bronx. One proposal comes from Young Woo & Associates, who partnered with two local recreation groups, the New York Gauchos basketball program and Brooklyn Boulders rock climbing gym, to propose what they are calling the "Mercado Mirabo." TIMES SQUARE?Last Thursday, the 550-foot-tall Hyatt Hotel in Times Square (Hotel Somnia to us), topped out. When complete, the hotel will have 487 guestrooms, including 26 deluxe rooms and 49 suites.
