Henry Street Townhouses Revealed, Look Like Townhouses

New, 2 comments

It's been awhile since we checked in on the progress of the three townhouse at 357, 359, and 361 Henry Street, neighbors to the old Lamm Institute aka the Amity Street Horror, and it seems that things are chugging along. Brownstoner brings us a new rendering of the three homes, and guess what? They look just as you would expect three townhouses on a landmarked block to look. Shocker. PACS Architecture is leading the Henry Street project, but they are working with the exterior designs the LPC approved from BKSK Architecture (who made the above rendering).

Although the houses were marketed along with the Lamm Institute at 110 Amity Street, which is being converted into three luxury townhomes and also still under construction, the Henry Street houses and 110 Amity are being developed as separate entities. When you throw in another new townhouse being constructed on Amity beside the Horror, this is one busy Cobble Hill corner.
