Another week, another Jehovah's Witnesses property on the market. Three properties, actually, at 173 and 177 Front Street and 200 Water Street. The contiguous parcels can accommodate a development of up to 150,000 square feet, and that could mean residential space, a hotel, or community development. The Witnesses still have about 3 million square feet of real estate in Dumbo and Brooklyn Heights, so this gradual unloading could go on for quite a while. [Crain's]
