Inspired by Christopher Jeffries' recent sale of his 50 Central Park South duplex penthouse, Michael Gross checks out a few of the other mind-blowing penthouses that overlook the southeast corner of Central Park and talks to their current and former owners. Those include Martin and Barbara Zweig, who bought a Pierre penthouse when it was the most expensive private home in the country and set another record on the relisting.
