Sales at L Haus at 11-02 49th Avenue in Long Island City picked up with the transition to the Modern Spaces sales team, and the building is now over 85% sold. Unlike the recent phenomena of some buildings that are leading with sales of their most expensive properties—before they're even built—the L Haus is now concentrating on closing out the building with sales of its 2BRs and penthouses. The 2BRs start at $825K and the most expensive remaining penthouse is the 1,832-square-foot unit that faces Manhattan at $1.63 million.
