We just can't get enough of NYPD Bee Expert Anthony "Tony Bees" Planakis, and since at this point the whole Summer of Bees thing is pretty much official, it doesn't look like he'll be going anywhere any time soon. On DNAinfo earlier this week, Tony discussed last Friday's bee swarm in Downtown Brooklyn, which he estimates is the largest swarm of the summer so far, narrowly beating out The Great Fire Hydrant Swarm of FiDi from a couple weeks ago. Remember, beekeepers, check your hive boxes for swarm cells. Tony Bees is not impressed.
