This Battery Park City condo is right on the water. It has two bedrooms—small bedrooms, but still, the open kitchen and living room are both spacious enough to make up for it. It looks pretty new, and very nice, and The Hudson is one of those buildings with all those amenities. So why is this place so cheap? Maybe it's because you get to be neighbors with this guy. Also, the common charges are pretty up there and it doesn't even mention the taxes.
