Inside New West Village Condo Conversion The Abingdon

New, 15 comments

The Abingdon, a West Village nursing home recently converted to a condo, has been cagey with its photos and floorplans, keeping its listings bare of images and showing floorplans only to serious potential buyers touring the place. But now, at last, the model unit images are up on StreetEasy, and some higher-res versions found their way into the Curbed inbox. There are three units still up for grabs?plus one 9,600-square-foot pad that won't hit the market until the fall?asking $8.75 million, $9.25 million, and $9.995 million. Above, the interiors of the living room, master bedroom, kitchen, study, bar room, and others. The art was chosen by Todd Masters and the interior decor's by 2Michaels, so we know who to thank for that fox in concrete in the bar room.
A tipster also passed along the floorplan for unit #6, the 3,537-square-foot three-bedroom asking $9.995 million.
