The former Drake Hotel site will eventually be home to 432 Park Avenue?which, once finished in 2015, will be the tallest building in the city. Since it will clock in at 1,395 feet, the views are, of course, a major selling point. So, just like at One57, 432 Park developer Harry Macklowe commissioned aerial photos of the views from the future building. The folks at Blimp Photo took the shots in 2006, when the Drake still occupied the spot, but only just put them online. Above, the view from 1,000 feet. There are, sadly, no photos online showing the view from the future building's full height.
