The new BLDG 92 in the Brooklyn Navy Yard nabbed the top spot, the Red Hook Initiative community center by SUPER INTERESTING! architects (yes, really) took second place, and Medgar Evers College's new academic building by Ennead Architects came in third. Reps tout the building as "the only new luxury residential development with 3,000-square-foot, four-bedroom residences," which have been the best-selling units in the building.
