Things are moving along over at the new Lower East Side Girls Club. A few weeks ago, the building revealed its facade, and now we've received a press release announcing that the 78-units of affordable and rent-stabilized housing will be hitting the market next week. Named Arabella 101, the new 12-story building features studios and one-bedrooms on the upper nine floors, with prices starting at $2,400 and $2,950, respectively. and Many of the units have private terraces and balconies, and shared building amenities include a gym, game room, laundry facility, bike storage, and a landscaped roof deck.
The apartment interiors have bamboo wood flooring, large windows, "gourmet kitchens," individually controlled heat and AC, "designer bathrooms," and video intercoms.
The Dermot Company is managing the leasing, and applications are open on the building website.
The Girls Club is not involved with the residential component of the building.
