Here's how this one breaks down: 80 John Street, aka The South Star, is 13% larger, and has double the bedrooms and bathrooms for basically the same price. Clear winner, right? However, 55 Wall Street, aka The Residences at the Capriani Club, is much fancier. It has a whole bunch of crazy amenities. Imagine how shiny your shoes could be with an in-house shoe shine! You'll have the shiniest shoes in town! So what if the kitchen is a stove in the hallway? A couple other minor points to consider: the sinks and bathtub in The Capriani Club's floorplan are colored in blue, which we appreciate for no particular reason, and The South Star seems like a dumb name for a building.
