At one point, it looked like 43 Clarkson Street was a lock for the Most Exposed Brick award at the 2012 Brickies (an annual awards show celebrating brick things, which we just made up.) That was before this 2,392-square-foot duplex loft (or, rather, two lofts that have yet to be combined but totally could be) entered the scene. Does that dining room look like a nice place to eat dinner? We imagine it would be kind of...echoey. The two lofts are asking $4.25 million and, at least for the moment, are not being offered individually.
