This 1BR looks pretty tiny on the floorplan, but that might just be because it's next to its huge back garden, which, at over 1,000 square feet, dwarfs the co-op itself. In reality, the apartment is, while not exactly large, a perfectly normal size. It's got a nice exposed brick wall as well, but the downsides are that it's on the first floor and it doesn't seem to get very much light at all. Considering that it sold for $425,000 less than two years ago, is its $589,000 ask out of the question, or still a possibility?
