Back in 2008, we went gaga over the stunner of a penthouse at 140 Perry Street, and now another unit in the building has caught our eye. But sadly, not for the same reasons. The unit is a 3,600-square-foot duplex with a huge studio work space, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 16-foot ceilings. The place definitely looks cool, both in the style-sense and literal sense, as the unit is blanketed in concrete?concrete floors, concrete ceilings, concrete walls, you get the idea. And while the 27-foot-long skylight and high windows let in a lot of light, there is only one window that you can actually look straight out of. The price was recently chopped by 5.78 percent, but is this apartment worth the current ask of $5.4 million?
