Madison Street's Wacky New Condos Officially for Sale

New, 5 comments

It feels like we've been waiting forever for The Madison Jackson to come to market. Developer Thomas Sung and broker Michael Bolla teamed up to turn the former I.S. 12 building into 110 apartments, and the project recently had its official opening party (after hosting a show house). Intern Arabella Watters stopped by the building but wasn't allowed to take photos, so what's in the gallery above are a few exterior shots, images from the official listings, and floorplans. The amenities include vegetarian organic room service, organic laundry services, a yoga studio, and a heated indoor saltwater pool, all at an additional cost. The base prices range from $496,936 for a 1BR, 1BA to $1,003,275 for a 2BR, 2BA.
Most of the apartments we saw were on the third floor, plus some oddly-designed duplexes on the second floor. We got a little lost hunting for the pool and found ourselves wandering down a dark hallway lit only by one red bulb?and then ended up in an art gallery. Living here could be interesting.
