Architect Winka Dubbeldam has been on a quest to unload her home/office at 11 Hubert Street, which she first listed for $16.7 million in April. It's something of an unconventional home/office: it's actually got two apartments, two offices, and two lovely terraces, the whole building designed by Dubbeldam herself, DOB troubles and all. Maybe it's too quirky for the average buyer, because the price has just been chopped a bit more than 10 percent, to $15 million. The extra cash could be put toward the property's conversion into, as the listing invites, "one large single family mega-mansion." Or not.
