Conversions of the Future

Hey, developers! The 16,000-square-foot building at 154 East 23rd Street is on the market for $13 million, for potential residential conversion or a development site combo with neighboring lots. The building's owner, Xavier Society for the Blind, is decamping to smaller offices now that use of its services has decreased; the company paid just $55,000 for the seven-story building in 1948.
