The first phase of units to hit market at FiDi's 25 Broad Street were 70 percent leased at last check in February, which means it's time for phase two! The second phase of leasing has begun with two new apartment layouts, building reps tell us, the S and T lines. And the prices are certainly no more affordable than they were the last time around. The S apartments, 1,385 square feet, range from $5,900 to $6,300. The T-line apartments are a bit bigger, at up to 1,460 square feet, but also pricer, at $6,395/month. Any takers?
