Architect and Broker-to-the-Stars Buy and Sell in Tribeca

Since the real estate market typically slows down for summer, maybe that's when brokers and other industry-affiliated folks do their buying and selling. The Real Deal spots two recent transactions: broker to the stars Raphael De Niro is now the owner of an apartment in 60 Collister, and SHoP's Vishaan Chakrabarti has sold his duplex at 200 Chambers Street. De Niro, fresh off the sale of his father's West Village townhouse, paid $3.53 million for his apartment at 60 Collister. Chakrabarti got $5.7 million for his Chambers Street place (shown at right), for which he was asking $6.25 million. He customized it with a "sculptural curved glass staircase," among other things, but there are sadly no full-sized listing photos for us to gawk at.
