We were too distracted by the City Council's other moves to mention this yesterday, but in addition to passing the NYU expansion plan and expanding the Park Slope Historic District, the Council passed a new law that will require the Department of Housing Preservation and Development to disclose lots of information about the city's affordable housing projects.
