Pictured above are some broker photos from a former listing for #PH1F, which features 3BR/3BA, and 1,995 square feet of space with three balconies. The penthouse went on the market less than two months before it was snapped up at just above the asking price of $2.09 million. [Correction:] #PH2E spent even less time on the market before the 2,030-square-foot 2BR/2.5BA sold for just a few thousand dollars under its ask.
