A 250-square-foot studio at 140 West 69th Street made our list of the 10 smallest apartments on the market in Manhattan, and now its $299,000 ask is being undercut by an upstairs neighbor, #58A, asking $250,000. The studio's listing, which we spotted via Brokelyn and Queens NYC, doesn't specify the square footage, but the place is in the same line as the one we profiled earlier, so this still isn't going to be a popular choice for folks with lots of belongings. The apartment has cut its price a few times since it hit the market in February for $290,000.
