Like a Spanish explorer setting fire to his ships upon arrival in a new world, there is no turning back for NY1 anchor Pat Kiernan. The recent Williamsburg transplant sold his Upper West Side home at 215 West 75th Street for $3.8 million, and that translates to a lot of PBRs and frames at Brooklyn Bowl in the 'Burg. According to the Observer, the Kiernans lived at the UWS address beginning in 2001 and slowly assembled their penthouse with 800 square feet of outdoor space from an acquired collection of maids rooms and a superintendent's apartment. Kiernan purchased his new 4BR/2.5BA home on Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg for $2.0 million in April.
