There's no denying that 238 South 3rd Street has character, with its sixty-foot-long living room, whitewashed wall of exposed brick, and weird bathtub. It also has over 200 square feet on rival Olive Park (100 Maspeth Avenue.) However, its second "bedroom" is lacking in size, and it only has one bathroom to Olive Park's two. Olive Park is a much more standard place, but still nice, and it's in a full-service building with a gym, common roof deck, billiards lounge, heated pool, etc. Also, it's overlooking a small park.
