Buyers at 18 Gramercy Park will have the chance to pay $42 million for a penthouse with two outdoor pools, should they choose to do so. They'll also get keys to Gramercy Park. There will be 16 new keys to the park made?one per full-floor unit?to add to the current total of 398 Gramercy Park keys.
