How Much For an Idiosyncratic 2BR Loft in Tribeca?

New, 15 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 2BR/2BA co-op in Tribeca
Square Feet: 1,400 square feet
Maintenance: $2,368 a month
The Skinny: This rather unique loft in has a lot of interesting features. The brokerbabble says that it is defined by....a long list of fairly conventional things. Not mentioned in the list is the looming water tower perched over the living room and viewable through an expanse of upper-level windows. There is also a wall partition unfortunately made out of unfinished particle board, which is kind of the sidewalk vomit of building materials. The retractable ship's ladder that leads up to the roof deck and an even closer look at that water tower is another interesting design touch. We wonder if all these idiosyncratic touches should add to or detract from the price. What do you think the seller is asking?
