We spend a fair amount of time making fun of the ridiculous language brokers use in listings, but sometimes that language is entirely appropriate. This 4BR, 3.5BA prewar duplex co-op is described as beautiful, wonderful, and lovely, and we're having trouble taking issue with any of that. (We're still not crazy about using the word "abundant" to describe closets, though.) But no matter; this place is just fun to look at. The 10/11th floor unit features a library, a windowed eat-in kitchen (which is suspiciously not pictured) and is asking $4,395,000. The maintenance is pretty up there at $6,518, however.
