In 2009, a man named Josh Wald bought this 3,000-square-foot 3BR for $920,000 and started fixing it up. There are probably more than a few Josh Walds in the world, but how many of them would live by themselves in a million dollar Brooklyn townhouse and outfit it with a recording studio and an enormous dressing room? Our money is on the handsomest Josh Wald, who is, in addition to being a supermodel, a skateboarder/music producer. As Josh has already figured out, there's more to life than being really, really, ridiculously good looking, and one of those things is buying a house, making it awesome, and flipping it for a 172% profit three years later. Not that we have anything against the house itself (how could we?) but how about nobody buys it for a while just so that we can collectively take this guy down a peg or two?
