"Those large arched windows are more reminiscent of downtown than uptown, IMO. I think this building has a great sense of place -- it looks like it belongs in New York, like the buildings next to it. Really not liking the ground floor the more I look at it. Look how gracious the entrance is for the two neighboring buildings is in comparison -- and those are small, simple buildings. This one lacks the proper scale.
